God purified, circumcised, and exchanged it – Acts 15:9, Col 2:11, Eze 36:26/Rom 2:15
From it we love God, one another – Matt 37:40, Mark 12:30-34, Luke 10:27-28
It’s the Dwelling place of God – Rom 5:5, Gal 4:6, Eph 3:17, 1 Peter 1:22,
God pursues our hearts.
Heb 3:10 Therefore I was angry with that generation, And said, ‘They always go astray in their heart, And they have not known My ways.’
Rom 8:27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will.
Matt 13:13-17 Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.’ “But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear; for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.
Why? Rom 8:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Life comes from God by Christ Rev 22:1 Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
Life from the indwelling of the Holy Ghost – John 7:37-39 Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.”
